- We represented a former general manager of Băneasa Airport in a case of abuse of office, with a total damage estimated at approximately €28 million. Our client was acquitted by the Bucharest Court of Appeal.
- We have obtained a final acquittal for a former director of the Turceni Energy Complex, accused of abuse of office in a case with damages estimated at around €4 million.
